Yes! One of the key advantages of BenefitsBridge, built on the Microsoft Power Platform, is its flexibility. Many aspects of the system can be configured directly by clients, and we provide training during the initial implementation to help you get started.

No problem. While many configurations can be managed in-house, more advanced or complex changes are where we step in to help. If you’d like our support, we’ll provide a scope of work that clearly outlines the effort, cost, and timeline so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Yes. BenefitsBridge works on both mobile devices and tablets via the Microsoft Dynamics 365 app or a browser.

Yes. Microsoft’s robust security model allows you to assign roles that control which data and features each user can access. This ensures everyone has the information they need — and only what they need.

Yes. You can import data into BenefitsBridge using Excel/CSV files.

Microsoft Dataverse provides three types of storage, with the following default storage capacity:

  • Database capacity: 10 GB
  • File capacity: 20 GB
  • Log capacity: 2 GB

Each licensed user also adds 250 MB of database capacity and 2 GB of file capacity.

Additional storage capacity can be purchased if needed, however the majority of BenefitsBridge clients are able to work within the Microsoft provided default storage capacity provided.

No. While your data is stored in Microsoft’s secure cloud environment, you retain full ownership of it.

Yes. You can export your entire database or specific data sets to Excel/CSV.

Yes. Your data is protected by Microsoft’s enterprise-grade security and compliance infrastructure.

If you cancel your subscription, you’ll have the opportunity to export your data before your environment is disabled.

Yes. As part of the initial setup and onboarding, we provide end-user training, administrator training, and commission training.

Yes. To ensure you have access to dedicated support resources, we require a basic annual support contract for $500.

The support contract covers 4 hours per year with our customer and technical support specialists.

  • Customer support includes how-to questions, guidance, and best practices.
  • Technical support includes advanced configurations, importing data, and technical guidance.

You can purchase additional 4-hour blocks for $500. Any unused hours from purchased blocks roll over into your next annual support contract.

Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time.

Our target response time is 8 business hours. While not all issues may be resolved in that timeframe, we’ll always acknowledge your request and keep you updated on progress.

BenefitsBridge and the Microsoft Power Platform licenses are bundled together and distributed as a unified solution.

Pricing is $115/user/month with a 12-month annual subscription term.

No. We serve clients ranging from small brokers with just a few users to large firms with several hundred users.

Yes. BenefitsBridge follows Microsoft’s cloud licensing model, which is based on an annual subscription term. You can choose to pay monthly or annually.

Yes. In addition to the subscription, there is:

  • A one-time setup and onboarding fee of $1,800
  • An annual support contract of $500

For services outside the initial setup, we’ll work with you to understand your requirements and provide a scope of work (SOW) that outlines the effort, cost, and timeline.

Subscriptions run for 12 months. If you choose to cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your current term, but the subscription will not renew.

If you are on monthly billing, you are still responsible for payments through the end of the annual term. You can continue paying monthly or settle the remaining balance in a lump sum.
