ForgeXRM is the culmination of a journey that started back when Microsoft released Microsoft Dynamics 3.0 in December 2005. With “Microsoft CRM 3.0”, it was now possible to expand the default CRM data model to now cover any relationship a business needed to manage.
At the same time, the term “xRM” was first introduced into Microsoft corporate lingo.
Derived from the acronym CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The “x” is meant to represent anything. (Anything Relationship Management).
So many possibilities.
As a team of business craftsmen, creators, and design thinkers – our focus turned to creating packaged software solutions, built upon Microsoft’s extensible xRM platform, that manage the relationships that matter most to a business or specific industry- all built upon and supported by Microsoft’s world-class architecture, security model and cloud infrastructure.
